What’s Your Grind is a family-owned Arizona coffee roasting business specializing in small batch coffee bean roasting. Freshly roasted, gourmet coffee beans are our passion and we strive to provide a variety of beans that appeal to a wide range of tastes. Find the perfect acidity, aroma, body, finish, or flavor that best suits your palate from our bean selection, including Fair Trade Certified coffees.

Todd Hudalla started the company after completing his training at the Coffee Lab International School of Coffee in Waterbury, Vermont in 2007.  An experienced roaster with expertise in green, roasted coffee evaluation and roast technology.  He taught his roasting technique and has since passed the family business onto his sister, Tami Hudalla.

If you have ever been to one of the farmers markets to sample or purchase one of our coffees, then you have surely met Tami.  You can see by her enthusiasm and pure joy, that she truly loves what she does.  She will get you hooked with your taste buds.

You can buy fresh roasted coffee by the pound at all of our markets!  Your choice of whole bean or custom grind while you wait.  We sell hot and cold coffee beverages including iced Toddys.
